I was charging my Fitbit Alta HR
When done it had solid battery. I have plugged into my computer and reset it at least 8 times, this gets all of the time, heart rate, etc flashing until it syncs. Once it syncs the battery is solid again
I have tried just charging it and taking it off the charger multiple times
I have tried changing the display of the face to see if that will help
It syncs to my Apple iPhone
If it does eventually sync, the screen face will go black again. The battery is fully charged.
It is clean, no dirt or sweat built up on the back, it has been wiped down.
it has not gotten wet.
This is frustrating as I use this for a fitness challenge, track steps, and also to monitor sleep of insomnia.
If it is dead I will probably switch to an Apple because this Fitbit did not last as long as my first one. I had no issues with that one. I actually gave it to a friend when I got my new one.
