Hi I am charging my device for the first time with a Ravpower power pack which is fully charged and it’s showing no sign of battery charging whatever I try. Is the charging lead and clamp the correct one or is it damaged in some way?

Hi @Pedro-C  it's probably the power bank. I've used a variety of them to see if they will charge my Fitbits and found that not all power banks will work. You can also charge it with a cell phone charger. Have you tried that?
