Fitbit Alta too dim to read.

My Fitbit's display is too dark to read.  I've tried resetting the device as instructed.  No change.

Help.

@BACrutcher - I’m sorry to say the Alta is quite an old Fitbit device. It may be time to consider a new one. If you like the smaller tracker, you may want to look at the new Inspire 2. Wish I had better news for you.

@BACrutcher thanks for resetting your Alta. Did you restart it by following the instructions here? Sounds weird that your Alta's display is dim. I would like to know if this issue affects the display all the time or if the display is dim when you are outside when the sunlight hits your tracker.
