how do I change the time.

It's 23.48 but Fitbit says 05.40

not sync either.

Hi @Billericay,

We need to get the Alta to sync before we can change the time.  Have you tried resetting the device and restarting your syncing device?

As far as the time goes, that will correct itself when you sync.  The most you can do until that point is to verify that your profile is set to the correct Time Zone.  You can do this by here .
