Previously, the Fitbit app worked perfectly but after I updated my mac to Mac OS Catalina 10.15 the app showed "Turn on Bluetooth to sync" so I tried reinstalling but when I downloaded the .dmg file,

it showed the app is not supported.

I think you may be asking about the iOS connect and not something on your Alta
