Since Tuesday lunch time 1-9-2020 I'm receiving the message 'synch failec'. Sometimes the step data synchs but nothing else and the data disappears the next day. I have reset the alta via the cable which makes no difference. I tried registering the device again on the app. A 4 digit code is sent to the alta so Bluetooth is obviously working, but connection fails. Don't know what else to try. Any ideas?
