My Alta Fitbit has started turning itself off. It's not due to running out of power, I've checked that. I can restart it by rebooting with the charger, but I'm having to do that more and more frequently, The Fitbit is a couple of years old and has only started having this problem in the last month or so.
Looking at these forums, it seems that this is a common problem. But I don't see any solutions offered, other than buying a new Fitbit. Have I missed anything?

Thinking the same! my sister has an Apple watch, 5 years old, no problem… more and more convince switching to Apple!
Best AnswerMine is doing a similar thing. I can connect to charger and the battery level isn’t flat, When I have charged it fully it lasted over night and part of the morning but has now stopped working and no flashing light at the back to show battery is working. Wonder if battery needs replacing? Any advice appreciated as don’t really want to buy another. Thanks
Best AnswerThis is happening to me, too. Right after I connect it to the charger, it starts working, but the time doesn't sync up for a few hours. I attempted an online chat and juust got that they're "working on it"
