My Fitbit stopped working (screen dark). I’ve tried to charge but don’t get the vibration indicating connection is secure. My phone shows last Sync occurred about 2 hours before it went dead and had medium battery.
Hi @Repel@abarr Try restarting your trackers several times even if they don't seem to be responding. If that doesn't help then they have died unfortunately.
