My fitbit seems to have switched off. Battery is good, have tried charging it just in case, doesn't even vibrate to say its in its charger, have tried re setting using the button on the cable, nothing has worked, can't make it come on. Anyone have any suggestions??

I was told by our support team that you have contacted them and that a case was created for you. It seems that they have worked on a resolution so you can get back on track soon.
