My Fitbit app can not find my Fitbit, it just keeps looking. This just started 3 days ago. Have rest the Fitbit and that did not help. Any ideas?

keep your phone/tablet/laptop near and maybe it will sync. worked for my alta hr.

I had it by the iPad for hours and it didn’t do a thing. The app doesn’t seem to recognize my fit bit now. I think it was after I downloaded the update

No, sadly to say I haven’t. I think it had something to do with the upgrade.

I’m having the same issues. Both IPad and IPhone keep searching. No stats show on either device. These changes started after AT&T update.
