I am trying FB's free trial of Health Metrics. The Health Metrics date is missing in FB on my laptop, but is visible in FB on my Android. I am hoping to be able to have it in both locations, and would, ideally, like to be able to print the date to share with a physician. What is the solution for this missing date from my laptop, please? (Windows, not Apple). Thank you.

Hi @Alma-L I dont think there is a solution, unfortunately, as fitbit is no longer supporting the app on Windows, so errors won't be corrected

I want to add some additional information.  @NellyG is correct about the Fitbit app for Windows 10.  There are several current features, in addition to the Health Metrics, that are only available on the Android/iOS app.  They aren’t available on your web dashboard at fitbit.com.  Other features that are app only are the Stress Management Score, groups, and all Premium content.
