Hi @Tipperarysofar, it's nice to see you again participating here in the Community Forums, sorry for the delayed reply.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Heart rate reading varies depending on several factors like movement, temperature, humidity, stress level, physical body position, caffeine intake, and medication. If you haven't already done so, please review our information and tips for heart rate accuracy here.
Though we've found that PurePulse provides better overall heart rate tracking than cardio machines or chest straps since it tracks your heart rate day and night, wrist placement during certain vigorous exercise is important. Review the information on optimal wear closely and make sure you follow the recommendations.
Let me know if you have any additional questions.

Mine has also been high yesterday and today--it thinks I was in the fat burn zone all night last night (~40bpm above my resting HR). Anyone have a fix?

Me too. Exceptionally high yesterday and it was a day of rest for me. I just woke up and my resting heart rate was 75, which was the highest peak during my sleep, but the graph shows between 60-68 for the whole night. Something seems off about it.
