Not saving info to phone app

My fitbit records everything on device but skips days on my phone app

Hi @Lostinpa, it's good to see you visiting the forums for the first time. 

 

Thank you for sharing this information about the trouble you've been experiencing to check your daily information on the Fitbit app. 

 

Could you please provide a few extra details about this? Let me know if your device is syncing properly but you're not able to see all your data on the the graphs. 

 

In the meantime, please try to log out from the application, then restar your phone and log back in to check if you're able to see all your data.
