Heart rate data not showing up on Dashboard

My tracker seems to work. Over the course of a couple of months my Fitbit app stop showing me any heart rate data. At first it was just resting heart rates that didn't syncing. I found that to be annoying as I determine how relative healthy I am to my previous self by this measurement. (And all the old data was still there) Then the sleep stages stopped appearing. I thought "alright no big deal... I like the sleep stages but I'll live." But now it won't show me ANY heart rate data new or previous.

I've tried turning AUTO heart rate syncing off and back . I've turn it to just ON too. I changed daily sync to continuous and back. I logged out of my account and back in. I've uninstalled the app entirely and reinstalled it. I've made sure it wasn't the FitBit itself. I charged it to full and I adjusted the band several times different ways.

At this point, I'm at a lose. I'm pretty sure it isn't my Altra HR, but I'm open to any suggestions or if anyone else is having this issue.

The data from my Fitbit Inspire quits showing up.   I have checked the settings, toggled them off then back on, closed and reopened the dashboard resynced the device.   These all just provide temporary fixes.  The dashboard will again begin to show heartbeat readings but after a short time will again stop working.  I have the dashboard set to all day sync.  I have toggled this setting off and on as well

It happened after google took over Fitbit.  I lost several things that worked before that. I was told it was things google eliminated. Wants you to buy more expensive Fitbit. I was very disgusted

If this is true I am extremely disgusted. Google is getting way too big for their britches

I have the same issue and have tried the suggestions. I liked seeing the heart rate on my device it was a useful way of tracking fitness but it’s disappeared and I have restarted my device.  Re synced but to no avail.    Disappointed

Yeah I’ve done everything everyone has mentioned and the Alta HR is tracking steps but not syncing my heart rate.  Also, my old step data beyond about a week ago were lost. Boo hiss.

My versa 2 is the same 13 months after purchase. Does this mean that fitbit only lasts a year?

Hey there,

I think someone said that Fitbit was bought out by Google. Not sure I
didn't look into it. It seems to be the trend with technology though. After
a while companies stop software updates, when the devices become out dated.
