I have a Alta HR and an Android phone (pixel 2) app software: 3.25 (20243514). Tried re-setting the Fitbit, no success. App says that the Fitbit is up to date.
The heart rate isn't recorded as part of the exercise. It is there with the heart rate data for the rest of the day but after a run, when I view the activity, it tells me my pace split times and then it says there isn't enough data for the heart rate.
Stopped working a couple of months back. It hasn't worked since the update that allowed you to view the pace over the route map.

It sounds as if you are using the Android app, not the Inspire HR to record your exercise.
We have noticed that the heart rate is no longer pulled in

Hi Rich
I am using the Android app to start the exercise for a run. If I don't start the exercise on the app then the distance and split times are not recorded (only the heart rate and the length of time of exercise).
I am using an Alta HR.
Thanks for replying

Then you have answered why heart rate is not recorded.

Disagree:
I used to be able to start the exercise on the app and have the heart rate recorded (same devices).
Plus there is a tab when viewing the exercise that says heart rate, but when I select it is says 'not enough heart rate data available'
