The number of people on here having issues with their devices since the last update is alarming. My Alta HR is having similar problems as others are mentioning with the charge 3 etc. A few weeks ago lines appeared through the screen it appears pixelated and doesn't connect properly. Restarting does not help this. Could someone working at Fitbit at least look into the possibility that something weird is going on. Thanks!

If you want the attention of a Fitbit employee, you really need to go to the "Help" section and use one of the channels there. They're not always monitoring the Forums, so your best bet is to start a live chat, call them up, or email them. You can find the link to the "Help" section at the bottom of the page.
