You can do this via the web interface at https://www.fitbit.com/settings/profile
In the "units" section you can set the weight units to be stones, pounds or kilos.
Once changed and saved, the next time you sync your fitbit will be updated

Hello @CristinaOmet and welcome to the Community. I looked at your profile and see that you are new to Fitbit. This thread is two years old -- you don't need to go to the web dashboard to change this. You can do this on your mobile app. Tap on your profile avatar in the upper left of your mobile app > go to App Settings > Units. You can customize all your unit options there.
