How do I correct the Time on Alta HR?

I just restarted my Alta HR after a 2 year hiatus. The time is wrong I don't know what to do. Please advise.

It will take the date and time from phone or other sync device the next time it syncs.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
