How do I sync my fitbit?

Used to have a sync button.  Now it's gone.

In the app tap on the Icon, then tap the device and then you will see a Sync option

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Just as @WendyB shared, you just need to tap on your Alta HR icon and then you'll find a sync option. Also, you can check the information that's specified on our help article: How do Fitbit devices sync their data? for more information about such process.
