Like many of you for the past while, my Android phone is not syncing to my Alta HR tracker, and I have tried all the suggestions listed ... until there is a fix, anyone know how to sync directly to a PC computer?

If you have windows 10 then just download the app

 

Otherwise download and install fit bit connect. Please scroll down

Thanks for responding, Wendy, but unfortunately, I can't connect to Fitbit Connect since I don't have a wireless dongle and am still using Win7. Any other suggestions?

You can buy a dongle in the store

 

Or if you want it faster Amazon has them as well

Thanks, but the idea is to be able to sync without the extra cost of a dongle ... I am trying to sync with my PC because the phone app won't sync anymore, rendering my Fitbit useless. 😞

If you know what might be going on with the app (which recently updated) ...
