I used to Have an alarm option - now there is no alarm option. However I still have an previous alarm setting that continues to go off even when I’m sleeping. How do I access the alarm option?

The settings for the alarms moved in a recent change to the app layout. Perhaps that's the issue here. To get to the alarms:

 

On the main "today" tab of the dashboard, select your profile image at the top left of the screen, then select your fitbit. You will then be on the device settings where you'll find the alarms.
