Hi there, when the clocks went forward an hour in March my Fitbilt Alta's time didn't change even though it's syncing. Have restarted it several times etc but can't get the main time to change, any ideas would be much appreciated? TIA

Hello @NicolaH123, welcome to the Community Forums! Sorry for the delay in responding your post.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for troubleshooting your Alta before posting. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using to sync your Fitbit Alta? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then?
Let me share with you that our Fitbit devices use your mobile device information to display the time with the syncing process, therefore, by simply syncing your Charge 2 it should display the correct time, or the one that's on your mobile device.
However, this may be also fixed by updating the time zone setting in your Personal Settings. For step-by-step instructions, please see our help article: How do I change the time on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
Keep me posted.
