Issues with Alta HR band

Not happy with the quality of the bands.   Second fitbit.  First one the bracelet kept coming off. New one, off warrantee now just falls off my wrist unexpectedly.   I am 79.  Don’t really do anything that would put pressure on it.   Going to buy a different brand now!  Twice and you are out!

Hi @Seniorcitizen01 - Fitbit has come a long way in addressing the bands, including material, security of how it attaches and the ease of attaching/switching bands since the Altas HR was released in 2017. I’m not far from your age and also have arthritis in my hands but I find the Versa 3 and Sense have much better bands. And I can change bands with one hand! Also, when attaching a band, the SNAP! tells me it is securely in place. I’m sorry you had problems with the Alta HR, but you may want to reconsider the newer Fitbit devices.

They are expensive. . . I don’t want to buy another and have the same thing happen. . . Sorry Fitbit has lost me. They told me last time this model had a better band. But it has just fallen off several times. I have had it for a while. This started suddenly. It no longer will “click” in place! No matter how many times I try.
