I need to contact Live Chat about an ongoing issue that I have a case number for (Alta HR turning itself off when still has a lot of battery) but yesterday and today I just get "That page is following a different trail" when I click on the Live Chat option. Does anyone know what that means? That the link isn't working, that Live Chat isn't working, something else entirely...? If anyone can help, that would be grand. Thank you.

I just tried it and it worked for me. It opens up a new window. Maybe it was down earlier?

I tried it on my son's and got through. 🙂
