Is there a way to keep a record of of measurements in CM or IN log?

There used to be but the feature was removed a few years ago. There is a popular feature suggestion to bring it back and if you'd like to add your vote you can find it at https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Feature-Suggestions/Add-body-measurement-feature/idi-p/1653349
