HR monitor on my Fitbit Alta HR is not working correctly, either does not show  heart rate or shows it incorrectly (higher than it is) and because it's not working the sleep score is incorrect and says it couldn't get a consistent heart rate reading while I was sleeping. I already tried resetting in by plugging it into the charger and hitting the button 3 times within 4 seconds but that didn't help either. This Fitbit isn't even a year old yet. Any suggestions?
