I got a new battery for my Alta since it wouldn't turn on unless connected to power, but after installing it I now get nothing. I soldered it enough times I'm confident in those connections and I multimeter-ed the circuit and it says there is energy (albeit only tells me there is if I measure in the reverse direction??? negative on positive?). I cleaned the connections to the charger and restarting does nothing. I would appreciate it if anyone has ideas on what I did wrong or things to try. I do have another fitbit on the way so I'll just be upset until that comes in lol.
