Not logging food correctly

When I enter food,  it is erasing it and adding random food on it’s own?

Well mine worked last night for awhile. My iPhone just updated to 1.4.1

Not sure if that’s why but it’s not working now.

Ive only just got my fit bit this weekend and wondered why I couldn't add the food calories properly. What a shame. Annoying start

I am logging everything in to my dashboard at Fitbit.com. They realize it
is a problem and are working on it. Not a very convenient process but
hopefully it won’t be for long until the app is fixed.😞

Yes it’s irritating. Log them in through computer works. Good luck. I’ve lost 50lbs in the past year using it.

I was told by the Fitbit people but they were working on it. That’s all I know.

If you go to Fitbit.com main page and click on the community forum there is a banner saying that the food logging has been fixed. They say you should refresh your app and it should work. I haven’t tried it yet but fingers crossed 🤞

Mine is doing the same thing.  When I scan a item and try to add to my daily summary it will not add it in.  Sometimes I select an item from my frequent or recent list and it puts in some random item.  Started a week or so ago.  Very frustrating.  Glad to see I am not the only one having this problem.  Must be a glitch somewhere in the app.

I just did the update of my phone and then there was an update for the Fitbit app that I updated. Lo and behold, it now works to log my food into the app! YAY!!!

Supposedly it’s fixed but you have to update Fitbit app.

You have to do the newest operating update on your phone first and then you
will be notified that there is s new update available for you Fitbit app.

I went to my apps /app store and clicked on the fitbit icon under previous updates then clicked update
