Not receiving Weekly Progress report

For the past 2 weeks I have not been receiving my weekly progress report for my Alta HR.  Have received them for 2 years and now they stopped.  I checked my notification settings and it is turned on.  Can you help?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, seems odd that you're not receiving your weekly progress reports. If you haven't already done so, please try the following steps:

 

  1. Confirm that your device synced on Sunday. 
  2. Please check your spam folders and spam filter settings too.

I have checked my spam folder and they have not landed there. I have also made sure my account is synced. Any other ideas.

I finally received my weekly progress report today after not receiving it for a few weeks.  I checked all of my settings and when I didn't see anything wrong there, I restarted my Fitbit and that may have helped.
