Not receiving account verification email On IOS

I’ve just set up Alta Hr via my iPhone but I’m not receiving the account verification email. I’ve checked junk folders as well as trying via the app and my account on the website. I don’t know what else to do? Advice gratefully received

Hi @SarahJD68  since the email isn't in your spam folder, you'll want to get directly with customer service.

Fitbit customer support is doing their best, but right now be prepared for longer wait times. Please be patient. Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help.
