I previously got a notification that my battery was low on my e-mail.Now my fitbit will go dead without a notification.Any thoughts?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. To resolve this situation, I recommend you to first restart your Alta to refresh its performance. Then, please go to the Fitbit.com dashboard and click on the Settings gear icon. Click on Notifications and then put check marks in the boxes for Low Battery. Scroll down and click on Save. Then, please sync your device to apply the account changes.
