My Alta isn't syncing. It stopped around 10 40. The device is still working.

The usual things I try when I get syncing issues are:

 

If none of those ideas work for you then it’s probably best to contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com

Thank you. It turns out there was an app update. When I did that, all was well.Sent from my Verizon LG Smartphone
