Alta hr will not turn on. I try charging it and it gets very hot.

Hi @LydiaMarie  It sounds as if it might have died. Try restarting it a few times, but if that doesnt help, Customer Support is your only option.

Can I replace the battery on my Fitbit?  I’ve tried recharging it different times and it will not sync. When I do try to sync, it gets very hot. If I can replace the battery, where can I purchase one ?

Hi @LydiaMarie  you can't replace the battery. While there are places selling the battery or offering the service to replace it, the cost would probably exceed the price of a new device. You might want to keep an eye out for sales. The Inspire series is the one which replaced the Alta series.
