Mine did the same thing on 2-7-20.  It is only 4 months old.  Can’t get it to turn on at all

Hi @Kjcody I have moved your post to a new theead as the issue you brought up is quite different from the one you attached your post to.

How old is your Alta HR? Try restarting it several times and see if that gets it going again. If not you will need to contact support.

That is when my trouble started. I finally had to unpair it from my phone and set it back up. Try that. Make sure it is fully charged.
