My Alta died so I purchased a new one (same one). How do I set it up so that I don't lose all my previous tracking?

Hello @KerriShakkour and welcome to the Help forums. All of your data is synced with your account when you sync your tracker. Be sure and remove your old Alta from your account and the Bluetooth devices on your phone. Then set up your new Alta by using the + Set Up a Device and follow the prompts. The only data you will lose is any unsynced data from your old Alta before it died.
