I have not used the Fitbit in quite awhile. I've let the battery drain and have recharged it, however the date and time is not up todate. How do I correct this? I have an Alta. Please advise. Thank you.

And as requested above @Benj45 when did the tracker last sync?

Is the Alta still connected to your Fitbit account?
If so then simply open the Fitbit app on the phone, log into your account. The tracker should sync and you will be good.
I hope you have been charging your Alta through out the year.

Hello. Thank you for replying. Yes, I had been recharging the battery. I followed your instructions and it worked. My Fitbit is all set up and ready for me to get going. Thanks again.
