anyone having issues with customer service getting back to you? It’s been almost a month since they’ve received my Fitbit and now no one will get back to me regarding any updates on when my new Fitbit will be sent

I’ve tried speaking with someone and all I get is that it’s been escalated and they have limited access on this now 🤦🏼:female_sign:
