Second hand Fitbit not syncing

Hi I’ve bought a second hand Fitbit Alta and can’t seem to sync to my phone. I already have the app installed as my daughters Fitbit is connected as well. I’ve tried to add it but nothing comes up when I try to sync it.

Hi @Meeda85  you have your own account? You'd need to log your daughter out of the app and sign back in with your Alta account. you try a restart of the Fitbit? Which phone do you have and is it on the list of compatible devices? click to see
