We have an Alta HR

i bought the same model yesterday.

i can’t set it up without replacing the first one.

we want the two operating so we can work together

Hi @karliekeating  you can share a device (phone or computer) to sync, but you must have two different accounts (emails) and when you set up, you have to be out of distance of the other Fitbit, approximately 25 feet. You can't have two of any one style Fitbit on a single account.
