I have an Alta HR with android app. I recently found it in a drawer after not having used it for a long time, so set it up with settings I like, and turned off bedtime reminders. as soon as the device syncs, it undoes every setting i have changed. Have contacted support who was completely useless, told me to unpair and reset the device, and reinstall the app. which didnt work. what else can I do?
