My Fitbit is Alta he and my steps today are a lot more than they should be. I tried everything to fix it. Can u help me to fix the problem. Nothing I do is getting it to work

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for troubleshooting your Alta HR before posting. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Is this issue affecting the step count or other stats? If you haven't already done so, please try our restart process in the meantime I receive your answers.

It started a few days ago. My charger cable for my Fitbit big one dies not fit my small wrist band. I feel frustrated
