When I am taking part in a Fitbit challenge, my dash board steps are always higher than my work week hustle steps even when I’ve just synced? At the moment 1000+ steps behind. I have an Alta hr

I'm sorry you're having problems with your steps not syncing correctly to your challenge 😕
There are two things I can recommend, one would be to log out of the Fitbit app and log back in. Try to sync and see if your steps appear on the challenge. Then, try to restart your tracker. You can easily do this by clipping your tracker to the charger and plugging the charger to a USB port on your computer or a wall charger. Then, Press the button on your charging cable three times within four seconds and your tracker should vibrate and show the Fitbit logo. This will make your tracker to reboot.
If the two above don't work, try setting up your tracker as a new device. For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.

I am having that problem as well, I notice that my steps on my tracker are not matching what is in the Work Week Hustle (yes I'm competitive and want to win 🙂 ) Currently, my Fitbit shows 22,000+steps in the past two days but the work week challenge is only showing 20,000.

I am also having the same problem synching daily steps with workweek challenge. i did everything suggested. Nothing changed.

Ok, I followed all the steps you listed. Still won’t sync my steps today to the workweek challenge. REALLY frustrated!

Hi, I followed all the steps, restarted fitbit, reinstalled the app and resync manually, nothing seems to work. any other idea?

I have the same problem with the dashboard synced but the workweek not. I also noted that the workweek show 2 hrs and I just sync my tracker. I don’t see that the dashboard and workweek sync at the same time. I tried everything you explained and didn’t work. Could you check this issue?
