Steps

My steps for today did not automatically sync to my computer.  I went under settings on my computer and realized I needed to sync my computer with my Alta HR.  Even so, the steps have not crossed over.  Do I need to manually enter these steps?

Hi @CindyRN,

 

First of all, are you a nurse?  I assume that you are by the RN at the end of your username, and if that's true, from one Healthcare worker to another, thank you for all you're doing in this pandemic!

 

Second, no you don't need to manually sync your steps.  By any chance, do you have another other Bluetooths on or Fitbit devices around when you try to sync?  These will either need to be moved or turned off when you sync, which may be why your steps aren't transferring over.
