Hello everyone, I'm having a problem with my wife's Alta HR. Pratically it synchronizes the data (steps, sleep etc.) only for the day in which the synchronization is performed (generally synchronization every 2/3 days). Regarding the previous days, no data is synchronized despite the tracker has been worn and it has been functional. The terminal is Android for more details. Tips? Solutions?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and the details that were share din your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device is your wife using? When was the first time she experienced this and how many times since then? In the meantime I receive your answers, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on the mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
Also, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know if the issue persists.
