Hi there.
I have been having issues with syncing my Altra HR to my app (got a onePlus6T phone)
This has been an issue since early December.
I have tried all suggested solutions.
So far, I have to de and re-install the app, restart the phone and re-connect the Fitbit before it syncs ONCE. After that, it stops working.
Never had this issue before, but it seems to persist.
Please help

Last syn on 29 Dec 2019, then no data can be synchronized on the app.
Is there any problem with the app updates?

Similarly I have had to restart my phone several times lately before my Alta HR would sync updated data. It seems to work for a few hours maybe before it loses connection and I have to restart my phone again (this has been the only option I have found to even temporarily connect again). My phone is Samsung Galaxy S7.

Yes, it's a known issue. Sometimes it will sync after rebooting your phone. I can see my Altra HR under Bluetooth devices in Settings\Bluetooth Devices. But the Fitbit App can't see it. You can also delete the device from the pairings screen and re-pair it. I have seen where reinstalling the App will allow you to sync also.
