When will things be fixed from the last update?

Since the last update I’m no longer able to “log” exercises that don’t track on their own such as barre or cardio sculpt. I’ve called support and done all the logging off / rebooting they suggested but still doesn’t work. It says “null”

I thought it was the time in the advanced settings as I noticed it was in a time zone 5 hours different than mine. But I put New York instead of auto and it still doesn’t work. I was manually adjusting on the iPad but that doesn’t work anymore.

I’m about to stop wearing my Fitbit out of frustration. Please help. I’ve sent screenshots and done a lot of rebooting with no solution.

Thanks for replying. I gave up. No longer using my fitbit. Please make an announcement to me when it’s fixed. Thank you. I told you I’ve done everything that I was told to do and it still doesn’t work.

Yup......same exact problem here plus I can’t see specific sleep stages. I, too, am ready to stop wearing my Fitbit. I’ve tried everything as well. Obviously the “fix” is out of our control. My Alta is now no better than a pedometer.
