Wont sync

My Alta HR wont sync at all. I have tried everything from uninstalling and reinstalling the app to deleting my account and setting up a new one and still wont work. It will find my tracker and I put the 4 number code in and then it doesn't sync. Has anyone had this problem?? Were you able to fix it??

Hi @CiaraSpencer 

Have you tried restarting your fitbit?  

I suggest restarting it at least three times, then restarting your phone and see if that works.  

Also, please make sure you are far away from any other bluetooth devices.  I find that less interference makes the set up function much smoother and faster.
