Hello, I have an Alta HR which I use fairly regularly. I don’t sleep with it on as I find it uncomfortable to sleep with. It is always maintained and cared for/cleaned too. 

Yesterday I noticed it has caused burns to the left of my right wrist, mainly two prominent red dots but the burns wrap around my wrist. It’s fairly painful. I swapped to my other hand but it’s doing the same there! Any ideas? 😞

Hi @MummyPass,

 

You need to contact Support right away so that they can investigate.  My mom had a burn from her Sense (wristband, not pebble related) and they have since escalated the issue for further investigation.

 

You can contact them via the "Help" link at the bottom of the page.
