howdy, my Fitbit worked when I put it on this am, but then stopped. this is after fully charging it last night. I plugged it in to a charger, but the device didn't vibrate, nor did the display show that it was charging, like normal. therefore, I was unable to restart it.
I updated my iPhone iOS this am, and am now wondering if that had something to do with it?
any help would be great, thanks!

Even I am facing similar problem, I also pressed the black button on the charger to restart the watch but in vain.
the watch has become hot & both the green lights are on continuously

Mine is doing it now too. My daughters did it a few months ago and I never got a response as to why it was happening, nor did I ever figure out how to resolve it. We ended up just buying a new one. I can't afford to replace mine so at this point I will just go without unless someone figures out how to fix this issue.

I haven’t been checking my stats recently and only now see that no info has uploaded since Feb. 15th, although I had no indication previously that my Alta HR had not been charging correctly until last night. The green lights were still flashing when I plugged it in, but this morning when I went to put it on, I noticed the battery icon was not showing the fully charged image, rather one I had not seen before...a dotted line across the bottom and completely black above it filling the battery outline.
When syncing was complete, there was no data for the past month! That is assuming a sync even happened, but there is no indicator telling me I still need to sync. I’m grateful to see some of you have attributed it to an IOS update and am hoping it’s a quick fix! Otherwise, I’m done with Fitbit. I’ve been a customer for 12 yrs and replaced so many of them, but no more. I’m just hoping for a fix.

After reviewing other logs regarding screen/battery/tracking issues, I did a restart and after re-syncing, recovered all my missing data, however, now I am being attributed activity on days that I was NOT wearing it!! How can this be? How can I have any confidence in the activity reports when I am active? This is crazy!
