My Fitbit Alta 101 has a broken charger cable.  I ordered a cable for the Alta and it's too big...Any suggestions?

Hi @mcapper  the Alta charger can be purchased directly from Fitbit. click to see. Where did you get your charger? Only the authentic Fitbit charger unit works properly for their devices.

There were only two in the Alta series. The Alta and the Alta HR. There was no Alta 101. They do not use the same charging cable. You would know which Fitbit you have from your app or from your account.
